of Fees
1.
Admission Application Fee. This fee is to be submitted with
the Admission Application, and is non-refundable (but see below)
Middle School or High School: $50.00 per student application
2. Enrollment Fee. This is an annual administrative fee, covering transfer and maintenance of all official school records and transcripts, and any needed communication with local school officials (including letters of recommendation, etc.):
$350 per year per family*
Note that enrollment covers all children in the same family .
3. Curriculum Fees. These vary by grade level (K-8) and by the individual course (High School). For grades K-8, when curricula are purchased prior to June 30 of the year for the following school term, Oak Meadow offers a 20% Spring Sale discount on the price of each curriculum.

Fees are payable monthly, quarterly or annually, per contract signed by parent(s) at enrollment. Read the Contract carefully. Note that you are agreeing to pay for any entire semester that your student begins, even if that semester is not completed because of withdrawal or expulsion for cause.
Monthly or quarterly tuition payments MUST be paid by automatic withdrawal from a savings or checking account, or by automatic deposit into the school account. This paperwork will be filled out at the beginning of each school year, or upon enrollment.
5. Tutoring. If a student requires supplementary intensive instruction in a particular course of study (above the scheduled class sessions), the Class Teacher may provide that, or make recommendations. Tutors, including Oak Meadow teachers doing tutoring, establish their own fees for tutoring.
6. Non-refundability of fees. Please be advised that there are no refunds made for Enrollment Fees, Tuition Fees, or tutoring. *Admission Application fee is also non-refundable; however, if the student enrolls in the school $50 will be credited toward the Enrollment Fee.
