Oak Meadow School Fee Policy
Oak Meadow tuition fees are handled as follows:
1. Oak Meadow School will bill for services at the beginning of each academic year. A Contract will be signed by parent(s) to pay the required fees annually, quarterly (3 payments) or monthly (10 payments).
2. Tuition fees are due on the date(s) specified in the Contract signed at the beginning of the academic year. There will be no further billing during the academic year to remind when tuition payments are due. All tuition payments must be made by automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account, or by automatic deposit into the school account. Parent are required to set this up upon enrollment or at orientation. No exceptions.
3. Past due fees incur a $25 per month late fee. This fee is charged to encourage timely payment, recognizing that the School must pay its obligations on time!
4. Fees pay for the availability of the School program. Failure on the part of the student to participate (i.e., less than full attendance during class days or Study Group days) does not reduce or eliminate the fees.
5. Fees must be paid for any semester that a student begins, even if that semester is not completed due to withdrawal or expulsion for cause. See Contract.
6. No enrollment in Oak Meadow School is complete unless and until all enrollment, tuition, and materials fees are current. Specifically this means that no grades will be recorded until fees are paid in full.
7. Fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
